Founder - Claire Harrison

Harrison Human Resources was founded by Claire Harrison. Claire has 15 years of human resource management experience; including working in various senior human resource management positions with a number of high profile Australian businesses. Claire enjoys partnering with small to medium-sized businesses to help them achieve their business goals through their employees.

Claire is a highly experienced human resources practitioner with experience in: Human Resources Strategy, Policies and Audit; Workplace Relations; Training & Development Programs; Organisational Change; Recruitment and Selection; Remuneration and Benefits;and Performance Management.

Claire recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Law at the University of Queensland, and also holds a Bachelor of Business – Business Administration and an Advanced Certificate in Accountancy. In addition, Claire is an Accredited Mediator with LEADR and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
